Middle School Holiday Engineers

Students were challenged to work as teams to use recycled and craft materials to plan and build a structurally sound gingerbread house. Teams were judged on how closely their finished build resembled the initial plan, how well they worked as a team, their ability to describe each team member's contribution to the project, and the esthetics of the final creation.
