Fiscal Responsibility

Lexington School for the Deaf and its affiliated agencies annually file 990 Forms - Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax - with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Copies of the 990 Form must be made available for public inspection for a period of three years, beginning with the date the return is filed. The available document must be an exact copy of the return and schedules as filed with the IRS, except that the names and addresses of the contributors may be excluded.
