8th Grade Graduation - June 25, 2025

Congratulations to our 8th grade graduates ... Pearl, Sophie, Juliette, Anselmo, Jaylyn, Jayla, Arianna, Michelle & Anher!  
The 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The graduation program included remarks from Valedictorian Anher Walid and Salutatorian Anselmo Hernandez. Both young men shared wisdom on how to be successful in middle school. Seventh grader, Yudesh, representing Middle School Student Government, provided an overview of middle school activities. Amie, High School Student Council Vice President, provided an overview of what the students could expect as they enter high school. Middle school teacher Carol Kretschmer, who passed away in February, was remembered for her dedication to science, English language arts, and the middle school STEM program. Carol was an inspiration to colleagues and students and she will be missed by those whose lives she transformed.
Certificates of Achievement were presented by Interim CEO/Superintendent Seth Bravin, Special Assistant to the CEO/Superintendent Jane Moran, and Elementary & Middle School Principal Catrina Zowak. Following the ceremony, students celebrated with families and friends.
