Lexington Center for Mental Health Services, Inc.

Counseling & Other Services

The Lexington Center for Mental Health Services, Inc. provides counseling to Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals and their families. We offer individual, family, and group therapy, depending on each client’s needs and goals.

We help patients with a wide range of psychological issues, from adjustment disorders to the management of long term, chronic mental illnesses. Psychiatric evaluation and medication is available as needed.

We also help clients connect with service providers such as government agencies, health care providers, and insurance companies.

Our experienced staff members are frequently sought as consultants by other New York City agencies that wish to become deaf accessible.

We are a New York State Office of Mental Health certified Article 31 outpatient clinic.
