State Senator Ramos Visits Lexington

Today, we were honored to have State Senator Jessica Ramos visit Lexington. Our Ready to Learn, preschool and elementary students enjoyed meeting, and getting photos with, the senator. One of our preschool students even gave her a sign name - a combination of the sign for "j" and the sign for senate.

NYC Immunization Requirements - Update

As of June 13, 2019, NYC will no longer provide immunization waivers for religious reasons for children attending public, private or parochial schools or daycare programs. All children must have their first immunization by June 28, 2019. Please see the attached letter for more information.

Measles Vaccination Update - NYC Dept. of Education

The New York City Department of Education is urging all families to have their children vaccinated against the measles. NYS law requires that all children attending public school be vaccinated against measles except in certain conditions. Click the above headline to see the advisory letter in English and Spanish.
