American Sign Language is the Sign Language used by Deaf people in the United States and parts of Canada. The Lexington program is structured to help students learn American Sign Language by learning the vocabulary, sentences and grammar needed to communicate in common life situations.
Lexington offers ASL classes over three 9-week semesters throughout the year - fall, winter and spring. The two hour classes are held on Tuesdays. ASL 1 is usually offered from 12-2 pm and 6-8 pm. All other classes are offered from 6-8 pm. Classes are offered for the community, parents & staff. Click on the below pdfs for detailed information and registration forms.
