Spring 2017 American Sign Language Classes

Spring 2017 ASL courses will begin on Tuesday, April 25 and run through Tuesday, June 13, 2017. The two-hour classes meet once a week for an eight-week semester. Fee is $150 plus a $30 workbook. Bring a friend and receive a $15 discount. Parents of Lexington students receive a special rate of $25. For more information, click on the above link. Girls Win NJSD Tip Off Tournament

Lexington's Girls Basketball Team won the NJSD Tip Off Tournament this weekend by besting New York School for the Deaf (Fanwood) 28-22 in the championship game. This is the first time in the tournament's 20 year history that the Lady Bluejays won the gold!

Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities Visits Lexington

Lexington's High School Civics Class would like to thank the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) for participating in a NYC Accessibility Forum at the school on November 17th. Special thanks to MOPD representatives - Commissioner Victor Calise, Martha Jackson and Walei Sabry - and NYC DOT representative - Quemuel Arroyo. Senator Peralta Visits Lexington!

NYS Senator Jose Peralta (13th Senate District) visited Lexingon on November 18th to read to preschool classes 3 & 5 and elementary classes E & H. Lexington Vocational Services Center, Inc., is accepting registrations for its Winter 2017 Semester of American Sign Language classes. Classes start Tuesday, January 24, and run through Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
